Location: Kaduna, Nigeria Reports to: Executive Management Type: Full-time Salary: Competitive, based on experience Deadline: January 1st, 2026About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Operations to lead and scale EstyAgro’s seed production, field execution, and operational systems. You will ensure operational excellence across seed processing, distribution, farmer engagement, and service delivery — driving efficiency and impact in our core offerings. As a senior operations leader, you will work closely with farm teams, quality control, training units, and executive leadership to ensure consistent delivery of high- quality seed and farm support services.Key Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate day-to-day operational execution across field, logistics, and support teams • Design and implement operational systems, SOPs, and performance metrics • Oversee input sourcing, handling, and distribution workflows • Manage relationships with farmers, partners, and service providers • Ensure quality standards and compliance are embedded across operations • Track operational performance, risks, and bottlenecks and drive improvements • Supervise field teams and regional operations • Collaborate with finance, quality, and leadership teams on planning and reporting • Support expansion into new locations and operational modelsRequirements
• B.Sc. or HND in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in agribusiness or operations leadership roles • Proven experience leading field operations, supply coordination, or multi-location teams • Strong understanding of agribusiness value chains and on-ground execution in Nigeria • Excellent organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently, manage complexity, and lead cross-functional teams • Willingness to travel regularly across operational locations • Proficiency in farm data collection and basic digital toolsWhat We Offer
