Requirements
•
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agricultural Economics, Business Administration, Economics, Development Studies, or a related field.
•
2–5 years of experience in business development, agribusiness, project management, partnerships, grant writing, or a related role.
•
Demonstrated experience in developing grant proposals, concept notes, business proposals, or partnership documents is an added advantage.
•
Good understanding of Nigeria's agricultural sector, value chains, and the development landscape.
•
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
•
Excellent report writing, organizational, and analytical skills.
•
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet research.
•
Ability to build and maintain relationships with government agencies, development partners, NGOs, private-sector organizations, and other stakeholders.
•
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively within a team.
•
High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
•
Willingness to travel frequently within Nigeria.
•
Passion for agricultural development and supporting smallholder farmers.
•
